Biography
Early Years
Anna Teissièr was born in rural Occitanie in France, an only child. Sensitive and deeply hurt by her parents, upon adulthood she fled to the strict routine and structure, and percieved maternal santuary, of nunnery.

Papal Housekeeper
Anna was assessed by Sr Agnes as the perfect match for the very gentle, softspoken, unassuming new pope, and assigned to be Innocent's housekeeper. She thrived in this role. Around a year into the Innocent papacy, she bit the perpetrator of the Angelus Shooting, causing him to drop his gun after firing only two shots.
She was very fond of the first Prefect of the Papacy, Archbishop Janusz Woźniak, whom she referred to as 'uncle father Janusz.'
Papal Secretary
Anna gained confidence in interacting with people, and eventually became a junior and then senior papal secretary, where she was regarded for her gentle demeanour, 'soft power,' and spine of steel. During this time she worked closely with her good friend Jonas Brack, the two of them coordinating the Holy Father Innocent's schedule. Towards the end of the papacy, there were sometimes rumours that the two of them were not-so-secretly running the Vatican together.

Vestment Embroidery
Anna embroidered the red stole that Pope Innocent was buried in. The exterior was minimalistic by her standards, because it was for him; it featured a candle, two fish, and his motto. She also hid a message in the interior. She also embroidered a purple stole in tribute to him, which she eventually gave to Jonas to wear on what was already being informally referred to as 'the feast day of Pope Saint Innocent' - it featured a peace dove with a bisected golden halo and a turtle.
After retiring from her role as papal secretary, she made bespoke vestments for parishes and priests who couldn't otherwise afford to buy vestments. She gave these away for no charge to the parishes and priests they were made for; her work was funded by donations. A lover of teamwork, she ended up expanding her team, who all worked by hand without the automation of sewing machines.
Personality
Anna is shy and withdrawn with a stammer, gradually gaining confidence over her years of service in the Vatican. She likes teamwork, friends, and gossip. She needs to cover her hair to avoid pulling at it.
