One of the very last of an ancient Tsis family of the Kissai (priest) subculture. His full name [possibly; reconstructed from relics, documents, et.c.], Tsisajakqo Jenûwtsâkyat, translates to “The way of Sith teaching is hidden[unknown]”.
The head of the Sphere of Production and Logistics, and Imperial chessmaster, his impatience with the petty, hard-headed and selfish behaviour of most of his peers has brought him to consider drastic reform measures and ideologies within the Empire. Quietly working to overthrow species bias. He’s a lover of Tsis culture, and resents human Dark Jedi colonisers for hijacking it, and then claiming themselves supreme.
Having no biological children or surviving close relatives, he loves select subordinates as his family. Especially notable is his bond with Qet. While Shaar is known to be highly intelligent and Atthilike is known to principled, Qet is regarded by many as little more Vowrawn’s tuk'ata - but his intense loyalty is repaid in kind.
Just another day at the office for Qet. |
Biography
Early Years
Jenûwtsâkyat was the youngest child born to the secretive, ultra-traditionalist Tsisajakqo family of Kissai record-keepers. Ks spent ksir first years of life isolated from the modern Sith Order and Empire in ksir family's remote fortress, and wanted to become a healer when ks grew up.
Ksir family life was utterly and cataclysmically destroyed by the arrival of a powerful Jin'jidai, or Human Sith, to their fortress on the orders of the Emperor's Hand, who desired to remove all records of who the Emperor had once been before ascending to godhood. He slaughtered the family (except the missing Tniyadzu), taking the eldest son's heirloom lightsaber for himself. The young Jenûwtsâkyat survived by cloaking ksir prescence with the Force, watching in horror.
When Jenû grew old enough to become apprenticed, concealing ksir identity and taking the name Vowrawn, ks pursued an apprenticeship under the Sith who had killed ksir family, to get close enough to one day kill him and take back the family's lightsaber. The apprenticeship was brutal, and abusive even by Sith standards.
An adolescent Tsisajakqo Jenûwtsâkyat is confronted by his master. |
The Sith evetually took the Dark Council seat for the Sphere of Production and logistics. Tsisajakqo Jenûwtsâkyat promptly killed him, taking the seat for ksirself, with the words "long live the Dark Lord" on ksir lips.
Appearance
Facial Features: Heavily wrinkled but smooth, with cartilege spurs and drooping tendrils.
Scars & Marks: Very few visible; most are internal. There is, however, a scar over ksir heart and patches of chimeric discolouration across ksir body. Few have seen these, and fewer have lived to tell of them.
Piercings: Several traditional gold facial and ear piercings.
Colour Scheme: Metallic gold and dark jewel-toned reds, blacks, & purples.
Clothing Style: Layered robes allowing freedom of movement, with intricate embroidery. Extensive and extravagant jewellry.
Notes
- Unlike most Sith, Jenû feeds not on strong negative emotions such as pain and anger, but instead on love and (often fond) irritation.
- Jenûwtsâkyat is an excellent and animated storyteller.
- Jenû openly shows affection, with effusive praise, physical touch, and lavish gifts.
- Jenûwtsâkyat regards himself as incapable of genuine kindness and connection, regarding all things ksir for other people as gaining favour with them in order to manipulate them.
- Jenûwtsâkyat cannot tell apart his internal feelings of “fear” and “desire” - to him, they both mean somebody in the room has power that he doesn’t.
- Jenûwtsâkyat relies heavily on Khet in combat situations.
- Jenû enjoys making people happy.
- Jenûwtsâkyat has an earring on one ear, signifying in Tsis Traditionalist cultural practices that he has come of age. Ks does not have an earring in the other, as an earring in the other ear would signify ks has a committed spouse.
- Ks is caught enough in moral injury traps that ks doesn't think freeing people is better than poking them until they free themselves.
