collections

i collect a few things!

books

if i really like the book, i don't mind what kind of paper copy i have, but i won't deny it's nice to have special editions! some of my favourite editions are the discworld collector's library editions of the city watch books, an anniversary one-volume illustrated copy of lord of the rings, and a few folio society editions i found.

buttons

i especially love wooden and metal buttons with natural or historical-styled designs, but i love any fun whimsical buttons.

enamel pins

i get less of these because they're expensive! but i have a lorien leaf fellowship pin, a united federation of planets pin, one of quinlan and aayla, and a few more.

an enamel pin of the leaf of lorien cloak clasp as shown in the jackson lord of the rings trilogy. an enamel pin of the logo of the united federation of planets from star trek. an enamel pin of quinlan vos and aayla secura standing back to back with their lightsabers lit, red jedi starbird behind them.

keychains

i have a few keychains from cons, and a couple that came with zines!

pin badges

mostly i have activism pins, but there a some few fun ones i got at cons!

a black round pinbadge with white text that says 'you wouldn't downloa a badge'.

plushies

most of my plushies are gifts from my beautiful wife! i also have a plushie dreadful autism bunny and an iguana.

replica medieval & fantasy weaponry

bladed: i have andúril, a dagger version of one of geralt's witcher swords (steel for humans), a sting replica letter opener, a plush sting, and a sword-shaped letter opener from a castle gift shop. also a wooden sword i snapped in half two swings in because i'm just too powerful. and a basic duel-grade lightsaber. non-bladed: i have a tiny model trebuchet! it works (mostly) & i love it.

stickers

i discovered the reusable sticker book and got very excited to be able to collect stickers without having to worry about where to put them! they're one of the cheapest sort of 'custom things' to collect.
