The template that I was using for my homepage broke, and I realised something - I'd been treating this far more like mainstream 'social media' than I wanted to have been. I wanted my website to look pretty, and to be something that other people wanted to visit, more than I wanted it to be an honest and useful reflection of what I wanted out of it. I'm not going to duplicate that. This page is going to stay messy for a long time. In fact, I'm going to overhaul this whole website to be more 'mine'! I am not skilled in coding, I learn it slowly at best, and if that's a deal-breaker for anyone then it's their problem, not mine. Sucks to be them - they miss out on this website!
